强化护理管理在医院感染控制中的作用

摘要	研究分析医院护理管理工作在医院感染工作中的重要性。方法随机选取2021年至2022年我院各科室的护理工作进行分析研究，其中2022年的护理工作作为观察组，2021年护理工作作为对照组。其中，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取降低院内感染综合护理方法。结果通过对比分析，得知观察组患者院内感染发生率低于对照组患者。结论强化护理工作有助于降低医院感染，促进医疗救治效率提升。
Abstract	Objective To study and analyze the importance of hospital nursing management in hospital infection work. Methods The nursing work in all departments of our hospital from 2021 to 2022 was randomly selected for analysis and study, with the nursing work in 2022 as the observation group and the nursing work in 2021 as the control group. Among them, the control group took routine nursing care, and the observation group took comprehensive nursing care to reduce hospital infection. Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Strengthening nursing work is helpful to reduce hospital infection and promote the efficiency of medical treatment.
