病毒感染性腹泻患儿的综合性护理干预效果观察

摘要	分析病毒感染性腹泻患儿实施综合性护理干预的效果。方法选取2020年1月-2022年11月于我院收治的40例腹泻患儿，根据患儿护理方法的不同将其分入观察组（20例，实施综合护理）和对照组（20例，采用常规护理）。比较两组腹泻患儿大便恢复正常时间（指标包括：大便次数恢复时间、大便性状恢复时间）以及症状消退时间（指标包括：腹痛、呕吐、发热）。结果观察组腹泻患儿大便次数恢复时间、大便性状恢复时间等大便恢复正常时间和腹痛、呕吐、发热等各项症状消退时间均显著短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论病毒感染性腹泻患儿实施综合性护理干预具有良好的效果，能有效缩短患儿病情恢复时间。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with viral diarrhea. Methods A total of 40 children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to November 2022 were selected and divided into observation group (20 cases, comprehensive nursing) and control group (20 cases, conventional nursing) according to different nursing methods. The time to return to normal stool (including the recovery time of stool frequency and the recovery time of stool characteristics) and the time to remission of symptoms (including abdominal pain, vomiting and fever) were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the recovery time of stool frequency, the recovery time of stool characteristics, the recovery time of stool to normal, and the regression time of abdominal pain, vomiting, fever and other symptoms were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has good effect on children with viral diarrhea and can effectively shorten the recovery time of children.
