With the development of society and the progress of medical technology, hospitals should pay attention to taking patients as the foundation when treating patients, update their values, change their nursing methods, improve the quality of care for patients, and enhance patient satisfaction. The essence of the quality control circle is a quality management circle. When using quality control circle activities to conduct comprehensive management of outpatient nursing patients, small circle groups can be formed according to nursing requirements to gather ideas and provide expenses for nursing work. From the perspective of outpatient nursing quality, this article explores and analyzes the methods and application significance of quality control circle activities during nursing, aiming to explore and analyze the significance of quality control circle activities in improving outpatient nursing quality, and provide reference for improving the efficiency of outpatient nursing work.
