责任制整体护理对骨科患者健康宣教依从性影响的探讨

摘要	分析责任制整体护理对骨科患者的应用效果。方法为了促进骨科患者护理水平的提升，研究就责任制整体护理的具体应用效果展开深入的探讨，将本院100例骨科治疗患者作为研究对象进行分组，并在分组后分别实施不同的护理干预措施，将两组患者护理后得到的不同护理结果进行比对。结果在研究中取得的效果中发现观察组护理质量明显更优质（P＜0.05）。结论对骨科患者采取责任制整体护理可以有效的促进患者依从性的提升，提升护理质量。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application effect of responsibility system holistic nursing on orthopedic patients. Methods in order to promote the ascension of the level of orthopaedic patient care, research on the responsibility system for the specific application effect of holistic nursing care, this paper explores the will in our hospital 100 cases of orthopedic treatment patients to group as the research object, and after the grouping different nursing intervention measures, respectively, will be two groups of patients with nursing after get different results. Results The nursing quality in the observation group was significantly better (P < 0.05). Conclusion The responsibility system of holistic nursing for orthopedic patients can effectively promote the improvement of patient compliance and nursing quality.
