集束化护理管理应用于老年患者压疮护理中的探究

摘要	探讨集束化护理管理应用于老年患者压疮护理中的探究。方法选取2020年1月-2022年1月期间，来自某三甲医院进行老年压疮救治护理患者20例作为观察组研究对象，另选取2019年1月-2020年1月同类病症干预患者20例为对照组观察对象，在此期间对照组医护人员采取常规护理，观察组医护人员为患者实施集束化护理管理。随即比对两组患者护理满意度和恢复有效率。结果通过对比可知，观察组患者护理满意度及恢复有效率均高于对照组，组间差异较大，具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论通过对老年压疮患者护理阶段实施技术化护理管理可有效干预患者临床压疮效果、提高患者护理满意度，改善患者生活质量，具有较高临床应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application of cluster nursing management in the nursing of aged patients with pressure sore. Methods From January 2020 to January 2022, 20 patients with senile pressure ulcer treatment and nursing from a third-class hospital were selected as the observation group, and from January 2019 to January 2020, 20 patients with similar diseases were selected as the control group. During this period, medical staff in the control group took routine nursing. The medical staff in the observation group carried out cluster nursing management for patients. Then the nursing satisfaction and recovery efficiency were compared between the two groups. Results By comparison, the nursing satisfaction and recovery efficiency of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between groups was significant, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of technical nursing management in the nursing stage of elderly patients with pressure ulcers can effectively intervene in the clinical effect of pressure ulcers, improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, has a high clinical application value.
