舒适护理在肿瘤患者PICC护理中的应用效果研究

摘要	研究在肿瘤患者PICC护理中实施舒适护理的临床应用效果。方法选择2021年1月-2021年12月在我院肿瘤患者80名作为研究对象，按照数字随机表法分为对照组和研究组，各40名。对照组实施常规护理办法，研究组在对照组的基础上实施舒适护理管理模式，观察两组患者生活质量以及满意度。结果采取舒适护理后，研究组生活质量明显高于对照组，研究组的总满意率（100%）明显高于对照组（80%），研究组与对照组差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论在肿瘤患者PICC护理中实施舒适护理，取得一定的临床效果，肿瘤患者满意度高，临床应用价值高。
Abstract	Objective To study the clinical application effect of comfort nursing in PICC nursing of cancer patients. Methods A total of 80 cancer patients in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the study group according to the numerical random table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given comfortable nursing management model on the basis of the control group. The quality of life and satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed. Results After taking comfortable nursing, the quality of life of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the total satisfaction rate of the study group (100%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (80%). The difference between the study group and the control group was statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing in PICC nursing of tumor patients has achieved certain clinical effects, high satisfaction of tumor patients and high clinical application value.
