Objective Study the value of introducing the "5S" management method in ambulatory care. Methods in the second half of 2022 in the outpatient intervention of 64 patients with medical investigation, in the form of sampling into two groups, basic group 32 patients accept basic nursing management, practice group 32 patients accept "5S" management of nursing guidance, research outpatient nursing effect, evaluate the impact of "5S" management method on the quality of care. Results The quality scores of several items in the practice group were higher than that in the base group, p <0.05; the total positive rate of outpatient nursing in the practice group was 87.5%, higher than 75.0% than that in the base group, p <0.05. Conclusion In the management of outpatient nursing, "It is necessary to timely introduce" 5S "management method to enhance the quality of nursing, highlight the purpose of humanized nursing, enhance the value of medical workers, and strengthen the positive evaluation of patients nursing services by patients, so as to fully promote and publicize the" 5S " management method.
