Objective To review and analyze the relevant influencing factors of neonatal diarrhea in hospital and discuss the relevant nursing measures. Methods From February 2022 to February 2023, the patients with neonatal diarrhea in the hospital during this period were studied and discussed, including 80 children. The clinical data of the children were analyzed, the relevant influencing factors were found out, and the symptomatic treatment was carried out. At the same time, the patients were divided into the control group (41 cases took routine nursing measures) and the observation group (39 cases took targeted nursing measures) according to the random distribution method, and the nursing effect was analyzed. Results Improper feeding, food allergy, abdominal cold, improper use of antibiotics, virus or bacterial infection were all factors affecting neonatal diarrhea. The data of nursing results were processed by the statistical system, and the result P value was less than 0.05. After the targeted nursing measures were taken, the data information of the time of hospitalization, the time of fever abatement, and the number of stools were better. Conclusion Neonatal diarrhea will be affected by feeding, food, infection, abdominal cooling, drug use and other aspects. When treating children, targeted nursing measures should be taken to make children recover as soon as possible.
