综合性护理对前列腺炎患者治疗依从性的干预分析

摘要	分析综合性护理用于前列腺炎的价值。方法 2021年3月-2022年3月本科接诊前列腺炎病人63名，随机分2组。试验组33人采取综合性护理，对照组30人行常规护理。对比依从性等指标。结果关于依从性，试验组数据96.67%，和对照组数据76.67%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于护理质量：试验组数据（98.52±0.96）分，和对照组数据（92.37±2.51）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于满意度：试验组数据96.67%，和对照组数据80.0%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于sf-36评分：干预结束时，试验组数据（89.25±2.05）分，和对照组数据（82.48±3.71）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论前列腺炎用综合性护理，效果显著，依从性提升更加明显，满意度改善更为迅速。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing for prostatitis. Methods From March 2021 to March 2022, 63 undergraduate patients with prostatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. 33 patients in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing, while 30 patients in the control group received routine nursing. Compare compliance and other indicators. Results The compliance of the experimental group was 96.67%, which was higher than that of the control group (76.67%) (P < 0.05). About the quality of care: the score of the experimental group (98.52±0.96) was higher than that of the control group (92.37±2.51) (P < 0.05). About satisfaction: the data of the experimental group was 96.67%, which was higher than that of the control group (80.0%, P < 0.05). Regarding the SF-36 score: At the end of the intervention, the score of the experimental group (89.25±2.05) was higher than that of the control group (82.48±3.71) (P < 0.05). Conclusion Prostatitis with comprehensive nursing, the effect is significant, the improvement of compliance is more obvious, the improvement of satisfaction is more rapid.
