Objective To explore the application value of general practice nursing model in the treatment of neurology related diseases. Methods 80 inpatients with internal diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research objects, and were divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40) by numerical random method. The incidence of complications during hospitalization, nursing qualification rate and other related indicators were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention compared with the control group, patients in the observation group in nursing quality score, treatment time and other indicators were significantly better, the difference was significant, P<0.05. After nursing intervention, compared with the control group, the nursing qualified rate and the escort rate of patients in the observation group were significantly higher, the difference was significant, P<0.05. After nursing intervention compared with the control group, the incidence of non-occurrence in the observation group was significantly lower, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of general practice nursing to the treatment of neurological diseases can comprehensively improve the overall maintenance rate and nursing qualified rate of patients, but also effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing, through the intervention of general practice nursing can make patients stay in hospital, and the quality of life during the hospital has been comprehensively improved, has great value in clinical promotion.
