疼痛护理对急诊创伤性骨折患者康复效果分析

摘要	探讨在急诊创伤性骨折患者的护理中实施疼痛护理的临床效果。方法选取 2021 年 10 月到 2022 年 10 月我科收治的 80 例急诊创伤性骨折患者，随机数字表法分成对照组（n=40，常规护理）与研究组（n=40，常规护理的同时开展疼痛护理），对比疼痛评分、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、睡眠质量评分。结果研究组患者术后 4-72h，疼痛评分均较低，P＜0.05；研究组住院时间、骨折愈合时间均较短，P＜0.05；研究组睡眠质量评分较低，P＜0.05。结论对急诊创伤性骨折患者实施疼痛护理可减轻其疼痛感，改善睡眠质量，促进骨折愈合，缩短恢复时间。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical effect of pain nursing in the emergency care of patients with traumatic fractures. Methods From October 2021 to October 2022, 80 patients with acute traumatic fractures admitted to the emergency department of our hospital were randomly divided into a control group (n=40, routine nursing) and a study group (n=40, routine nursing accompanied by pain nursing) using a digital table method. The pain scores, length of stay, fracture healing time, treatment compliance, and sleep quality scores were compared. Results The pain scores of the patients in the study group were lower from 4 to 72 hours after surgery (P<0.05); The study group had shorter hospital stay and fracture healing time (P<0.05); The sleep quality score in the study group was lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out pain nursing for emergency traumatic fracture patients can alleviate their pain sensation, improve sleep quality, promote fracture healing, and shorten the recovery time.
