Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive behavioral intervention nursing after coronary intervention. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Both patients received coronary intervention, the control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received cognitive behavioral intervention nursing. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results Both groups of patients with coronary heart disease improved after treatment, but the experimental group had a better effect in terms of emotional regulation and quality of life improvement. The patients were more optimistic and positive about their own conditions, which was conducive to increasing the compliance of patients. The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion With the help of cognitive behavioral intervention nursing, the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease after intervention have been significantly improved, the treatment enthusiasm has been enhanced, and the compliance has been enhanced, so it is worth promoting.
