Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of clinical nursing risk management for acute and critical obstetric women, and to elaborate on the impact of pregnancy outcomes. Methods a total of 1200 cases, are selected in January 2021-January 2023, our hospital treated acute critical maternal, adopt the parity number grouping method are divided into two groups, namely the study group (routine care + nursing risk management), control group (routine care), the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, nursing satisfaction data outcomes. Results Study group found the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes: preeclampsia 2.00, eclampsia 1.83 placental abruption 2.17 neonatal asphyxia 0.00 overall incidence of 6.005.17, preeclampsia 6.16, placental abruption 4.83, neonatal asphyxia 1.67, total incidence of 17.83 P <0.05, study group care satisfaction data: 96.50% better than another group 81.00% data, showing P <0.05 showed statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical application of nursing risk management mode for acute and critical maternal obstetrics can effectively alleviate maternal adverse mood, reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes, improve nursing satisfaction data, and the overall nursing effect is more excellent, reflecting the application value.
