摘要	对医院家庭联合护理干预对脑梗死患者吞咽功能与生活能力的影响分析。方法将 76 例脑梗死患者根据护理方法的不同分为常规组 38 例采用常规护理方法和观察组 38 例采用医院家庭联合护理干预方法，分析不同护理效果差异性。结果护理前两组患者吞咽功能和生活能力评分均无明显差异（P＞0.05）；护理后观察组患者吞咽功能和生活能力评分均明显高于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论医院家庭联合护理干预的方法在脑梗死患者预后康复中的作用效果突出，可以明显改善患者吞咽功能和生活能力，应大力推广并应用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the impact of hospital family combined nursing intervention on swallowing function and living ability of patients with cerebral infarction. Method 76 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups based on different nursing methods: the conventional group (38 cases) using conventional nursing methods and the observation group (38 cases) using hospital family combined nursing intervention methods. The differences in nursing effects were analyzed. Result There was no significant difference in swallowing function and life ability scores between the two groups of patients before nursing (P>0.05）; After nursing, the swallowing function and life ability scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion The method of hospital family combined nursing intervention has a prominent effect on the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction, and can significantly improve their swallowing function and living ability. It should be vigorously promoted and applied.
