健康教育路径在小儿营养不良护理中的价值

摘要	探究健康教育路径在小儿营养不良护理中的价值。方法选择我院于 2021 年 1 月—2022 年 1 月收治的 60 例营养不良患儿，随机分为对照组（30 例，进行常规护理）和实验组（30 例，进行健康教育路径护理），分析对比实验结果。结果实验组健康问卷和满意调查得分均高于对照组，疾病的发生率更低，体重增长更多，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论健康教育路径能更好的关注营养不良患儿情况，给予更好护理干预，是有较高应用价值的护理方案，值得推行。
Abstract	Objective To explore the value of health education path in nursing of children with malnutrition. Methods A total of 60 children with malnutrition admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group (30 cases, routine nursing) and experimental group (30 cases, health education path nursing), and the experimental results were analyzed and compared. Results The health questionnaire and satisfaction survey scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the incidence of disease was lower, and the weight gain was more, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education can pay more attention to the situation of children with malnutrition and provide better nursing intervention. It is a nursing program with high application value and worth carrying out.
