摘要
分析综合护理干预对预防社区老年高血压或者糖尿病患者跌倒的效果研究。方法 采用随机方 式将社区 100 例老年高血压或糖尿病患者，分为对照组和观察组，对照组 50 例实施一般护理，观察组 50 例实施 综合护理干预，总结和分析两组对于跌倒的危险认知率和和跌倒事件的发生概率。结果 观察组对于跌倒的认知 率和发生跌倒事件的概率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 综合性护理干预可以有效提高 社区老年高血压和糖尿病患者的跌倒认知率，降低跌倒事件发生的概率。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on preventing falls of elderly patients with hypertension or diabetes in the community. Methods 100 elderly patients with hypertension or diabetes in the community were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. 50 patients in the control group received general nursing care, and 50 patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The cognitive rate of falls and the probability of falling events in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the cognitive rate of falls of elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes in the community, and reduce the probability of falls.
