摘要	讨论及研究护理干预综合评估模式对老年冠心病患者生活质量的临床改善效果。方法参与本次研究患者的数量为 100 例，时间为 2022 年 1 月份至 2022 年 12 月份，将其分成甲组和乙组，每组 50 例，甲组常规护理，乙组护理干预综合评估模式，比较两组患者的生活质量以及护理满意度。结果乙组患者的生活质量明显为好于甲组，护理满意度更高，P<0.05。结论对于老年冠心病患者提供护理干预综合评估模式可以提高患者的生活质量，且护理满意度得到提升，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To discuss and study the clinical improvement effect of a comprehensive evaluation model of nursing intervention on the quality of life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Method The number of patients participating in this study was 100, from January 2022 to December 2022. They were divided into group A and group B, with 50 patients in each group. The comprehensive evaluation mode of routine care in group A and nursing intervention in group B was used to compare the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Result The quality of life of group B patients was significantly better than group A, with higher nursing satisfaction （P<0.05）. Conclusion Providing a comprehensive evaluation model of nursing intervention for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can improve their quality of life, and nursing satisfaction can be improved, which is worth promoting.
