摘要
探讨在白内障治疗中辅以临床护理路径,对患者康复效果的影响。方法 试验者是 2021.01 至 2023.01 在医院接受手术治疗的白内障患者 90 例,以入院时间分组,将 45 例接受常规护理者设为对照组,另一 组设为观察组,患者总数为 45 例,实施临床护理路径,比对护理有效性。结果 观察组术后眼压与视力指标优于 对照组,P<0.05;观察组不良心理、健康知晓度、治疗依从性以及住院时间优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 以临床 护理路径进行干预,利于增加依从性及认知度的同时,还能起到增加满意度的作用,可促进患者术后尽快恢复, 值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in cataract treatment on the rehabilitation effect of patients. Methods The subjects were 90 cataract patients who received surgical treatment in the hospital from January 2021.01 to January 2023.01. According to the time of admission, 45 patients who received routine nursing care were divided into the control group and the other group was divided into the observation group. The total number of patients was 45. The clinical nursing path was implemented to compare the effectiveness of nursing. Results The intraocular pressure and visual acuity in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05); The observation group was better than the control group in bad psychology, health awareness, treatment compliance and hospital stay (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P; The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intervention with clinical nursing pathway is beneficial to alleviate their bad psychology, increase their compliance and awareness, reduce the occurrence of complications and increase their satisfaction, and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible after surgery, which is worth promoting.
