护理质量持续改进在子宫肌瘤护理中的应用

摘要	观察在对子宫肌瘤患者进行护理过程中将护理质量持续改进模式进行运用的作用。方法结合对比护理观察的形式开展探究，选入 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 1 月本院收治子宫肌瘤患者 74 例为对象，数字表随机均分对照组（37 例，常规护理）和观察组（37 例，开展护理质量持续改进模式护理）。分析护理效果。结果对比患者在治疗过程中排气时间、首次下床时间、住院时间，观察组均短于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组治疗期间生活质量以及睡眠质量评分，干预前无差异，干预后观察组具备优势，P<0.05。结论在对子宫肌瘤患者进行护理的过程中将护理质量持续改进模式进行运用，可以缩短患者住院时间，提升患者生活质量以及睡眠质量，有助于患者恢复。
Abstract	Objective To observe the effect of applying the continuous improvement model of nursing quality in the nursing process of patients with uterine fibroids. Method A comparative nursing observation was conducted to explore 74 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to January 2023. They were randomly divided into a control group (37 cases, routine nursing) and an observation group (37 cases, continuous improvement of nursing quality mode nursing) using a digital table. Analyze the effectiveness of care. The results showed that the observation group had shorter exhaust time, first time out of bed, and hospitalization time compared to the control group during the treatment process, P<0.05. Comparing the quality of life and sleep quality scores between the two groups during the treatment period, there was no difference before intervention, and the observation group had an advantage after intervention, P<0.05. Conclusion Applying the continuous improvement model of nursing quality in the nursing process of patients with uterine fibroids can shorten their hospitalization time, improve their quality of life and sleep, and help them recover.
