Objective To analyze the impact of using risk nursing during the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding on the amount of endoscopic bleeding in patients. Methods A total of 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who underwent endoscopy in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups, a control group of 50 patients and a study group of 50 patients. The control group received routine nursing, while the research group implemented risk nursing based on the control group. By comparing the endoscopic bleeding volume of upper gastrointestinal bleeding between the two groups of patients, the nursing effects of clinical treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After endoscopic treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding, the comparison of nursing effects between the two groups showed that the nursing effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing risk nursing can effectively control the amount of bleeding, reduce complications and medical risks, improve patient satisfaction, and reduce the rate of doctor-patient disputes in the clinical treatment of endoscopic patients with gastrointestinal bleeding. Therefore, risk nursing is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
