摘要	探析舒适化护理在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）化疗患者中的应用效果评价。方法 2022 年 1 月 ~2022 年 12 月，在我院接受化疗的 NSCLC 患者中选取 170 例，分组时遵循随机原则，对照组 85 例行常规干预，观察组 85 例接受常规干预+舒适化护理，分析组间干预效用。结果经干预，两组癌因性疲乏情况、负性情绪、生存质量、满意度、不良反应数值对比，观察组均较对照组佳（P<0.05）。结论 NSCLC 患者化疗期间行舒适化护理，疗效确切，可行。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) undergoing chemotherapy. Methods From January 2022 to December 2022, 170 patients with NSCLC who received chemotherapy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided. 85 patients in the control group received routine intervention and 85 patients in the observation group received routine intervention+comfort nursing. The effect of intervention between groups was analyzed. Results After intervention, the cancer-related fatigue, negative emotion, quality of life, satisfaction and adverse reaction values of the two groups were compared, and the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comfort nursing for NSCLC patients during chemotherapy is effective and feasible.
