摘要
分析“4P”护理用于神经外科护理质量管理的价值。方法 2022 年 1 月-7 月本院神经外科未开 展“4P”护理工作期间接诊的病人 40 名为对照组,2022 年 8 月-2023 年 2 月本院神经外科开展“4P”护理工作期间接 诊的病人 40 名为试验组。对比并发症等指标。结果 关于并发症这个指标:试验组发生率 2.5%,和对照组数据 17.5%相比更低(P<0.05)。关于护理质量这个指标:试验组数据(98.14±1.68)分,和对照组数据(90.42±2.67) 分相比更高(P<0.05)。关于满意度这个指标:试验组数据 97.5%,和对照组数据 80.0%相比更高(P<0.05)。 关于护理纠纷这个指标:试验组数据 0.0%,和对照组数据 10.0%相比更低(P<0.05)。结论 神经外科护理质量 管理用“4P”护理,不良事件发生率更低,且未出现护理纠纷,满意度改善更加明显,护理质量提升更为迅速。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of "4P" nursing for neurosurgical nursing quality management. Methods 40 patients who did not carry out the "4P" nursing work in the hospital from January to July 2022 were in the control group, and 40 patients who received during the "4P" nursing work from August 2022 to February 2023 were in the test group. Contrast the complications and other indicators. Results For complications: the incidence was 2.5% and lower than 17.5% in the control group (P <0.05). On the quality of care: the test group data (98.14±1.68) was higher than the control group data (90.42±2.67)(P <0.05). Satisfaction: 97.5% was higher than 80.0% in the control group (P <0.05). Regarding the index of nursing disputes: 0.0% of the trial group data was lower than 10.0% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion With "4P" nursing quality management, the incidence of adverse events is lower, and there is no nursing dispute, the satisfaction improvement is more obvious, and the nursing quality is improved more rapidly.
