Objective To analyze and explore the application effect and value of high-quality nursing in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods Fifty patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into a study group and a control group. The control group used conventional nursing methods, while the study group used high-quality nursing methods on the basis of the control group. Compare the clinical psychological and sleep scores and total complication rate of patients after nursing care. Results The scores of clinical psychology and sleep, and the total complication rate in the study group were superior to those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing high-quality nursing has positive clinical significance in the treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis, can reduce the risk of complications during the treatment process, and improve the quality of life of patients.
