| Abstract |
Objective This paper evaluates the value of the impact of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the
recovery of shoulder function in the clinical care of patients with surgical neck fracture, aiming to promote the
development of related research in this field. Methods using control mode to explore, the time for January 2021 to
January 2023, during the samples are our patients after humeral surgery neck fracture, a total of 128 cases, all patients are
divided into two groups according to the random numbering method, each group (n=64), named experimental group and
research group, routine nursing applied to the experimental group patients, rehabilitation nursing intervention is applied
to the research group patients, and relevant data collection and sorting, using statistical methods to compare. Results
Compared with the experiment, the study group were better, including the shoulder score and nursing satisfaction score,
and the pain visual simulation score, fracture healing time, and the clinical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion In the
horizontal selection of clinical nursing plan for patients undergoing humeral surgical neck fracture, rehabilitation nursing
intervention is the best choice, which can effectively improve the shoulder range of patients and reduce the incidence of
related complications, and then accelerate the rehabilitation speed and improve nursing satisfaction, clinical significance.
