护理干预对甲状腺全切除手术患者疼痛的影响的相关评价

摘要	探讨护理干预对甲状腺全切除手术患者疼痛的影响。方法将我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月 80 例甲状腺全切除手术患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施护理干预。比较两组护理前后视觉模拟疼痛评分、不良情绪评分、满意度、术后疼痛持续时间、止痛药使用率、并发症率。结果实验组视觉模拟疼痛评分、不良情绪评分低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，术后疼痛持续时间、止痛药使用率低于对照组，并发症率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论甲状腺全切除手术患者实施护理干预效果确切，可有效缓解患者不良情绪和疼痛，有效止痛和提高满意度。
Abstract	Objective To explore the perioperative nursing intervention measures and effects of endoscopic thyroidectomy. Methods 80 patients with endoscopic thyroidectomy in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given perioperative nursing intervention measures. The scores of adverse emotion, quality of life, satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The score of adverse emotion in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the score of quality of life was higher than that in the control group, the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with endoscopic thyroidectomy is accurate.
