摘要	目的：探讨盆腔肿瘤患者放疗期间发生放射性直肠炎的护理要点。方法：选取 2022 年 7 月-2023 年 2 月期间在我科收治的 51 例盆腔肿瘤放疗患者进行临床观察，并按放射治疗后出现临床症状的严重程度进行分级，给予相应护理措施。结果：出现放射性直肠炎 1 级 39 例，放射性直肠炎 2 级 12 例，本次研究的 51 例患者在积极治疗的同时给予有效的护理措施，患者直肠炎症状明显好转，全部完成放疗。结论：盆腔肿瘤放疗致放射性直肠炎患者给予有效的护理措施，能减轻放射性直肠炎损伤的程度，减少患者痛苦，提高生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To explore the key points of nursing care for patients with radiation proctitis during radiotherapy for pelvic tumors. Methods A clinical observation was conducted on 51 patients with pelvic tumor undergoing radiotherapy who were admitted to our department from July 2022 to February 2023. The severity of clinical symptoms after radiotherapy was graded and corresponding nursing measures were given. Results There were 39 cases with radiation proctitis of grade 1 and 12 cases with radiation proctitis of grade 2. In this study, 51 patients were actively treated and given effective nursing measures. The symptoms of proctitis were significantly improved, and all patients completed radiotherapy. Conclusion Giving effective nursing measures to patients with radiation proctitis caused by radiotherapy for pelvic tumors can reduce the degree of damage caused by radiation proctitis, reduce the pain of patients, and improve the quality of life.
