循证护理在老年高血压患者中的应用

摘要	分析老年高血压患者行循证护理支持对于其血压控制及身心状态的改善价值。方法研究样本采集 2021 年 01 月至 2022 年 12 月期间本院收治的 80 例高血压患者，行计算机随机分组均分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者实施循证护理，对照两组患者的生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理后 SF-36 评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论老年高血压患者行循证护理支持可显著提升患者的身心状态，提升护理满意度，具有重要应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of evidence-based nursing support for elderly hypertensive patients in improving their blood pressure control and physical and mental status. Methods Study samples were collected from 80 patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by computer. The patients in the control group received routine nursing, while the patients in the observation group received evidence-based nursing. The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the SF-36 score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing support for elderly patients with hypertension can significantly improve their physical and mental status, enhance nursing satisfaction, and have important application value.
