PDCA循环护理管理对于呼吸内科的临床护理效果

摘要	为有效改善呼吸内科护理工作的质量，提高患者满意度，促进医患关系和谐，对PDCA循环护理管理的效果作进一步探究，为临床提供有效参考依据。方法回顾性分析2020年1月-2021年12月期间在本院接受治疗的呼吸内科疾病的患者为研究对象，共计80例，按接收治疗顺序平均分为对照组和观察组（每组各40例），对比观察采用PDCA循环护理管理的观察组与采用常规护理的对照组的患者满意度、护理质量评分、护患纠纷事件发生率。结果统计研究表明，两组患者在采取不同的护理方法后，通过PDCA循环护理管理的观察组患者各项护理满意度评分（细节服务、护理操作、健康宣教、护患关系、护患沟通）、护理质量评分（操作指导、业务能力、排班制度、风险防范）明显高于对照组，护患纠纷事件发生率更低，生活自理能力得分更高，组间数据差异明显，P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论分析表明，PDCA循环护理管理对呼吸内科患者的自理力能有显著改善作用，有效提升护理质量，提高患者满意度，促进医患关系和谐，应用价值良好，对此护理方案建议大力推广应用。
Abstract	Objective In order to effectively improve the quality of nursing work in the respiratory department, improve patient satisfaction, and promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, further explore the effect of PDCA circular nursing management, and provide effective reference for clinical practice. Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the patients with respiratory diseases who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021. A total of 80 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group (40 patients in each group) according to the order of receiving treatment. The patient satisfaction, nursing quality scores, and the incidence of nurse patient disputes were compared between the observation group with PDCA circular nursing management and the control group with conventional nursing. Results The statistical study showed that after the two groups of patients adopted different nursing methods, the nursing satisfaction scores (detail service, nursing operation, health education, nurse patient relationship, nurse patient communication) and nursing quality scores (operation guidance, professional ability, shift scheduling system, risk prevention) of the observation group patients through PDCA circular nursing management were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of nurse patient disputes was lower, The score of self-care ability was higher, and the difference between groups was significant (P<0.05), indicating that there was a comparative significance. Conclusion The analysis shows that PDCA circulation nursing management can significantly improve the self-care ability of patients in respiratory medicine department, effectively improve the quality of nursing, improve patient satisfaction, promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, and has good application value. It is suggested that this nursing program be vigorously promoted.
