Objective To explore the combination of Manyuele and GnRH- α Analysis of the effect of treating adenomyosis. Methods 122 patients with adenomyosis admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected, and 61 of them were selected according to the random selection mode. The treatment was carried out with the combination of mannitol and bismin, that is, the conventional group. The remaining 61 patients were treated with mannitol and GnRH- α Treatment, that is, the study group, and the improvement of uterus and menstruation of the two groups of patients, as well as the patients response to the combination of mannitol and GnRH- α The satisfaction of treating adenomyosis was compared and analyzed. Results By comparing the basic data of the two groups of patients, it can be concluded that the improvement of uterus and menstruation in the study group, the occurrence of adverse reactions, and the patients response to mannitol combined with GnRH- α The satisfaction of treating adenomyosis has obvious advantages (P<0.05). Conclusion In exploring the combination of Manyule and GnRH- α In the treatment of adenomyosis, it has good therapeutic effect, reduces the rate of adverse reactions and improves patient satisfaction.
