口腔颌面外科护理工作中实施人性化护理干预的效果分析

摘要	本文分析了口腔颌面外科护理工作中实施人性化护理干预的效果。方法选取2020年9月-2022年9月两年期间在我院收治的口腔颌面患者62例为研究对象，等量随机电脑法分组，各31例，对照组常规护理，观察组加入人性化化护理。结果通过研究发现观察组感染率和复发率明显低于对照组，观察组的护理前后负性情绪评分都好于对照组，而且患者满意率较高。结论所以得出实施人性化护理干预的对患者的负性情绪的改善具有良好的意义、对患者的满意度具有明显提高；对患者的伤口的感染率和复发率具有明显降低，有助于患者康复。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing intervention in oral and maxillofacial surgery nursing. Methods 62 cases of oral and maxillofacial patients admitted to our hospital during the two-year period from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into 31 cases each by computer method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received humanized nursing. Results The infection rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group. The negative emotion score of the observation group before and after nursing was better than that of the control group, and the patient satisfaction rate was higher. Conclusion It is concluded that the implementation of humanized nursing intervention has a good significance in improving patients negative emotions and significantly improving patients satisfaction. The infection rate and recurrence rate of the wound of the patient have been significantly reduced, which is conducive to the recovery of the patient.
