| 摘要 |
分析妇科疾病患者经阴道自然腔道内镜手术的护理措施。方法 选取2019年3月－2019年9月在我院行经阴道自然腔道内镜手术的妇科疾病患者12例，开展心理护理、皮肤护理、阴道和肠道护理、体位护理和出血管理、并发症护理等工作。结果 12例患者在手术后无出现任何并发症情况，也未发生盆腹腔及切口感染，所有患者均顺利出院。结论 护理人员根据妇科疾病经阴道自然腔道内镜手术的特点，采取规范化的护理措施，可以显著提升手术治疗效果，促进患者的及早康复。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the nursing measures for patients with gynecological diseases in transvaginal endoscopic surgery. Methods: Selected 12 patients with gynecological diseases who underwent transvaginal natural endoscopic surgery in our hospital from March 2019 to September 2019 to carry out psychological care, skin care, vagina and intestinal care, postural care, bleeding management, and complications Care and other work. Results: The 12 patients had no complications after the operation, and no pelvic and abdominal cavity and incision infections occurred. All patients were discharged from the hospital smoothly. Conclusion: According to the characteristics of transvaginal endoscopic surgery for gynecological diseases, nursing staff adopt standardized nursing measures, which can significantly improve the effect of surgery and promote the early recovery of patients.
