Objective To explore the effect of applying high-quality nursing care to patients under painless gastroscope anesthesia. Methods During the period from April 2021 to April 2022, 300 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 150 patients in the control group received general routine nursing care, and 150 patients in the observation group received high-quality nursing care. The nursing satisfaction, psychological status, heart rate, blood pressure, anesthetic dosage and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of tension, fear, restlessness and other bad emotions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and anesthetic dosage in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing can improve the heart rate and blood pressure level of patients under painless gastroscope anesthesia, relieve bad emotions, reduce the amount of anesthetic drugs, improve nursing satisfaction, and has high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
