摘要	讨论研究在耳鼻喉科护理教学中应用OBE理念的价值作用。方法将2021年9月到2022年9月期间院内的耳鼻喉科护理教学工作纳入研究范围，在2021年9月-2022年2月期间开展常规护理教学工作，在2022年3月-9月期间应用OBE理念开展护理教学工作，观察并比较应用OBE理念前后教学效果数据信息。结果将应用OBE理念前后教学效果数据信息输入到统计学系统中处理得出结果P值<0.05，差异显著，应用OBE理念后实习护士耳鼻喉科理论知识、操作水平、满意度等各项数据信息均明显比应用OBE理念前更具优势。结论在耳鼻喉科护理教学中应用OBE理念可强化教学效果，让实习护士掌握耳鼻喉科理论知识、操作技术，提升实习护士专业水平，让实习护士更加满意教学工作。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the value of applying OBE concept in the teaching of otorhinolaryngology nursing. Methods The nursing teaching of otorhinolaryngology in the hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 was included in the research scope. Routine nursing teaching was carried out from September 2021 to February 2022. The OBE concept was applied to nursing teaching from March 2022 to September 2022. The data of teaching effect before and after the OBE concept was applied were observed and compared. Results The data of teaching effect before and after the application of OBE concept were input into the statistical system and the results showed that the P value was less than 0.05, with significant difference. After the application of OBE concept, the intern nurses theoretical knowledge, operation level, satisfaction and other data information of otorhinolaryngology were obviously more advantageous than before the application of OBE concept. Conclusion The application of OBE concept in the teaching of otorhinolaryngology nursing can strengthen the teaching effect, enable the trainee nurses to master the theoretical knowledge and operating skills of otorhinolaryngology, improve the professional level of the trainee nurses, and make the trainee nurses more satisfied with the teaching work.
