老年抑郁症护理中应用认知性心理护理干预的效果观察

摘要	分析在对老年抑郁症患者护理过程中将认知性心理护理干预进行运用的作用。方法选择2021年3月至2022年10月本院收治老年抑郁症患者78例，数字表均分对照组（39例，开展常规护理）和观察组（39例，进行认知性心理护理）。分析护理效果。结果对患者在恢复期间心理评估，干预前负面情绪量表评分无差异，干预后观察组评分低于对照组，P<0.05。对比患者恢复期间生活质量，观察组显著高于对照组，P<0.05。结论在对老年抑郁症患者护理时将认知性心理护理干预进行运用，可以缓解患者心理压力，提升患者生活质量，有助于患者恢复。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the role of cognitive psychological nursing intervention in the nursing process of elderly patients with depression. Methods 78 elderly depression patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into a control group (39 cases, receiving routine nursing) and an observation group (39 cases, receiving cognitive psychological nursing) using the digital table. Analyze the nursing effect. Results There was no difference in the psychological evaluation of the patients during the recovery period and the score of the negative emotion scale before intervention. After intervention, the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the quality of life of patients during recovery, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of cognitive psychological nursing interventions in the care of elderly patients with depression can alleviate their psychological pressure, improve their quality of life, and contribute to their recovery.
