Objective To analyze the value of quality control group management mode for operating room nursing management. Methods From January to June 2022, 42 patients admitted during the period when the quality control team management was not carried out in the operating room of our hospital were classified as control group, and from July to December 2022, 42 patients admitted during the period when the quality control team management was carried out in the operating room of our hospital were classified as experimental group. Adverse events and other indicators were compared. Results About the quality of nursing management, the experimental group data (98.25±0.97) points, compared with the control group data (91.36±1.25) points (P < 0.05). As for the index of adverse events, the incidence of the experimental group was 2.38%, which was lower than that of the control group, which was 16.67% (P < 0.05). As for the satisfaction index, the data of the experimental group was 97.62%, which was higher than that of the control group, 80.95% (P < 0.05). Conclusion With quality control group management in operating room nursing management, the incidence of adverse events is lower, the satisfaction improvement is more obvious, and the quality of nursing management is improved more rapidly.
