摘要	研究在老年慢性心力衰竭患者护理中应用舒适护理起到的临床效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月期间本院收治的70例老年慢性心力衰竭患者为观察对象，将这70例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组的患者应用常规护理方式，观察组患者应用舒适护理方式，通过对两组患者舒适状况评分以及护理满意率对比来了解舒适护理起到的效果。结果应用舒适护理的观察组患者舒适度评分优于对照组，患者护理满意率为97.14%，高于对照组85.71%（P＜0.05）。结论在老年慢性心力衰竭护理中应用舒适护理方式能够为患者提供细致、优质的护理服务，也能从有效护理中提升患者的心理情绪以及生活质量，因此值得在临床实践中应用。
Abstract	Objective To study the clinical effect of comfort nursing in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Seventy elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as observation objects. These 70 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods, while patients in the observation group were treated with comfort nursing methods. To understand the effect of comfort nursing by comparing the comfort score and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups of patients. Results The comfort score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction rate was 97.14%, higher than 85.71% (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in the nursing of elderly chronic heart failure can provide meticulous and high-quality nursing services for patients, but also improve patients psychological emotions and quality of life from effective nursing, so it is worth applying in clinical practice.
