Objective To investigate the effect value of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated with hypertension undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods The study selected a total of 126 cases of gallstone patients with hypertension comparative test, take the lottery way according to the difference of the nursing mode will be divided into two groups, use the conventional nursing control group and the implementation of perioperative nursing observation group of 63 patients, the actual application effect of the two groups were compared. Results The experimental data showed that the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group and before nursing, meanwhile, the complication rate was greatly reduced (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated with hypertension requiring laparoscopic surgery, perioperative nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the therapeutic effect.
