护理安全管理方法和干预措施在经静脉泵入血管活性药物中的临床应用效果研究

摘要	探讨在经静脉泵入血管活性药物中应用护理安全管理方法和干预措施的影响。方法确定研究时间，2021年10月至2022年10月时段，入我院接受经静脉泵入血管活性药物患者中抽取60例，以上的患者接受双盲法均分，各30例。对比组（常规护理），分析组（护理安全管理方法和干预措施），对比两组患者相关指标、不良事件、护理满意度进行分析。结果分析组相关指标、不良事件、护理满意度都优于对比组（p＜0.05）。结论目前在经静脉泵入血管活性药物临床治疗中，护理措施十分必要，其中护理安全管理方法和干预措施从长期看效果更好，具有其独特优势，能够帮助患者改善身体状态，应在该领域广泛应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of nursing safety management and intervention measures in the treatment of vasoactive drugs by intravenous pump. Methods the study period was 2021 from October to October 2022. Sixty patients were enrolled in the study and divided into two groups. Comparison Group (routine nursing) , Analysis Group -LRB-nursing safety management methods and interventions) , comparison of the two groups of patients-related indicators, adverse events, nursing satisfaction were analyzed. Results the related indexes, adverse events and nursing satisfaction in the analysis group were better than those in the control group (p < 0.05) . Conclusion At present, nursing measures are very necessary in the clinical treatment of vasoactive drugs pumped through vein, among which the nursing safety management method and intervention measures are more effective in the long term and have their unique advantages, can help patients improve their physical state, should be widely used in this field.
