Objective To analyze the application effect of WeChat platform in the nursing management of neonatal wards. Methods select 80 cases of our neonatal ward children in research work, randomly divided into reference group and experimental group, reference group of routine ward nursing management, experimental group based on WeChat platform for the ward nursing management compare two groups of postoperative complications (including lung infection incidence, brain injury), neonatal disease diagnosis effect [including neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NDS), premature encephalopathy (POE), neonatal jaundice and other diseases cure rate and cure rate effective], hospital days, family satisfaction score, visit compliance rate. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, with statistical significance (P <0.05); the effect was significantly better than the reference group (P <0.05); the hospitalization days, satisfaction score of family members and compliance rate of children were better than the reference group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion In the nursing management of neonatal ward, WeChat platform can improve the disease cure of children, shorten the hospitalization time of children, and the families are more satisfied with the clinical nursing work, which is worthy of recommendation.
