风险管理在小儿骨科临床护理中的应用

摘要	探讨在小儿骨科临床护理中风险管理的应用及效果。方法选取本院2022年2月至2023年1月接受治疗的小儿骨科患儿90例平均分入研究组（风险管理）和参照组（常规管理），对比护理管理结果。结果研究组护理管理后潜在风险发生率和风险事件发生率均低于参照组，同时参照组护理满意度低于研究组，两组存在明显的差异和统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在小儿骨科临床护理工作中，合理地应用风险管理方案，能有效地有效地减少风险发生率，提高护理质量，值得借鉴。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application and effect of risk management in pediatric orthopedics clinical nursing. Methods: 90 pediatric orthopedic children who received treatment in our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into the study group (risk management) and the reference group (routine management), and the results of nursing management were compared. Results: The incidence of potential risks and risk events after nursing management in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, while the satisfaction of nursing in the reference group was lower than that in the study group, there were significant differences and statistical significance between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In pediatric orthopedic clinical nursing work, reasonable application of risk management program can effectively reduce the risk incidence and improve the quality of nursing, which is worthy of reference.
