Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing in radiological examination and interventional therapy. Methods 120 patients who underwent radiological examination and interventional therapy in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected to participate in this study. All patients were divided into routine group and observation group, with 60 patients in each group. The conventional group has the usual holistic nursing mode, and the patients in the observation group added comprehensive nursing intervention to the holistic nursing. Care satisfaction rate, incidence of adverse reactions, and quality of life scale scores were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was greater than that of patients in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the adverse reaction rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that of patients in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); the index score of patients in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with radiological examination and interventional therapy, the application of comprehensive nursing mode can greatly improve patients nursing satisfaction, improve the coordination degree of patients treatment, reduce the chance of adverse reactions of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is suggested for clinical promotion and application.
