摘要	分析人文关怀护理用于消化道恶性肿瘤中对缓解病人负面情绪和改善护理满意度的作用。方法 2022 年 3 月-2023 年 1 月本科接诊消化道恶性肿瘤病人 420 名，随机均分 2 组。试验组采取人文关怀护理，对照组行常规护理。对比 SDS 评分等指标。结果关于 SDS 和 SAS 评分，干预结束时：试验组数据分别是（33.46±3.17）分、（35.11±3.95）分，和对照组数据（45.29±4.63）分、（46.85±5.24）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于满意度这个指标：试验组数据 98.57%，和对照组数据 86.67%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论消化道恶性肿瘤用人文关怀护理，负面情绪缓解更为迅速，满意度改善更加明显。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care nursing on relieving patients negative emotions and improving nursing satisfaction in digestive tract malignant tumors. Methods: From March 2022 to January 2023, 420 patients with digestive tract malignant tumor were treated in undergraduate department and randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received humanistic care nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. SDS score and other indicators were compared. Results: At the end of intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS were (33.46±3.17) points and (35.11±3.95) points in the test group, which were lower than those in the control group (45.29±4.63) points and (46.85±5.24) points (P<0.05). As for the satisfaction index, the data of the experimental group was 98.57%, which was higher than that of the control group, 86.67% (P<0.05). Conclusion: With humanistic care for gastrointestinal malignancies, negative emotions can be relieved more rapidly and satisfaction can be improved more obviously.
