摘要	经静脉化疗是恶性肿瘤化进治疗时的重要治疗途径，在化疗期间对血管进行保护对确保化疗方案正确实施、改善预后效果等方面均具有非常重要的意义。完全植入式输液港（TotallY implantable venuos access ports,TIV AP）具有安全、快速等优势，其采用的管路质地柔软且排斥性极低，因此对于血管内膜造成损害的风险极低，因此此种输液方式也得到了广大医护人员以及患者的普遍认可。本文对植入式静脉输液港在肿瘤化疗中的应用进展以及护理措施进行综述。
Abstract	Intravenous chemotherapy is an important therapeutic approach in the treatment of malignant tumors. The protection of blood vessels during chemotherapy is of great significance in ensuring the correct implementation of chemotherapy and improving the outcome of prognosis. TotallY implantable venuos access ports (TIV AP) has the advantages of safety and speed, soft pipe texture and low repulsive, so the risk of damage to the intima of blood vessels is very low. Therefore, this infusion method has been widely recognized by the majority of medical staff and patients. This article reviews the application progress and nursing measures of implantable intravenous infusion port in tumor chemotherapy.
