摘要	分析整体性护理在下颌骨骨折患者术后的效果。方法以我院 2021.1~12 内收治的 76 例下颌骨骨折患者为本次研究对象，并以分为常规组和整体组（每组各 38 例），前者给予常规护理，后者给予整体性护理，统计对比两组护理模式的综合应用价值。结果（1）整体组患者术后不良事件发生率显著低于常规组（P ＜0.05）；（2）两组患者术后 2h 的 VAS 评分及出院时的牙齿咬合力均无统计学差异（P＞0.05），而整体组患者术后 6h、术后 12h 的 VAS 评分均显著低于常规组（P＜0.05），术后 3 个月的牙齿咬合力显著高于常规组（P ＜0.05），且整体组患者对护理服务的满意度评价显著高于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论在下颌骨骨折患者的临床护理中实施整体性护理，可取得理想护理效果。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing in patients with mandibular fracture after surgery. Method: 76 patients with mandibular fracture admitted to our hospital during 2020.1~12 years as the object of this study, and divided into the conventional group and the whole group (38 cases in each group), the former given routine nursing, the latter given holistic nursing, statistical comparison of the comprehensive application value of the two groups of nursing mode.Results: (1) The incidence of postoperative adverse events in the overall group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05); (2) There were no statistical differences in VAS score at 2h after surgery and bite force at discharge between 2 groups (P > 0.05), while VAS score at 6h and 12h after surgery of the whole group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group (P<0.05), and bite force at 3 months after surgery was significantly higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). And the overall group of patients with nursing service satisfaction evaluation was significantly higher than the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion: In the clinical nursing of mandibular fracture patients to implement holistic nursing, can achieve ideal nursing effect.
