优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中的应用价值分析

摘要	探讨优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中的应用价值。方法将我院 2022 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月 50 例老年性脑梗死患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施优质护理服务。比较两组护理前后不良情绪得分、神经功能得分、满意度、住院时间、并发症率。结果实验组不良情绪得分、神经功能得分低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，并发症率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论老年性脑梗死患者实施优质护理服务效果确切。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application value of high-quality nursing services in elderly cerebral infarction nursing. Methods From January 2022 to December 2022, 50 elderly patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received high-quality nursing services. The scores of adverse emotions, neurological function, satisfaction, hospital stay, and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The scores of adverse emotions and neurological function in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group. The hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing services for elderly patients with cerebral infarction has a definite effect.
