慢性溃疡创面治疗的护理干预对患者满意度的影响评价

摘要	讨论在慢性溃疡创面治疗中，使用综合护理干预对患者满意度的作用。方法现随机选取我院接诊的 100 例慢性溃疡患者作为研究样本，时间区间为 2021 年 8 月到 2022 年 8 月，以随机数字表的方式分为实验组（50 例）采用综合护理，对照组（50 例）给予基础护理，对比实验组和对照组患者护理前后心理状态评分、护理满意率、住院时间及创面愈合时间等。结果实验组住院时间、创面愈合时间均较短，对照组与之相比均较长（P＜0.05）；护理前，两组患者 SDS 评分、SAS 评分对比差异无统计学价值（P＞0.05）；护理后，实验组 SDS 评分、SAS 评分均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论慢性溃疡创面患者应用综合护理效果明显，不仅能够明显改善患者的负面心理，缩短住院时间与创面愈合时间，同时能够提升护理满意率，建议临床大力推广。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the role of using comprehensive nursing intervention on patient satisfaction in the treatment of chronic ulcer wounds. Methods now randomly selected our hospital accepts 100 patients with chronic ulcer as research samples, time interval for August 2021 to August 2022, in the form of random number table divided into experimental group (50 cases) using comprehensive nursing, control group (50 cases) to give basic nursing, comparing the experimental group and control group patients nursing psychological state score, nursing satisfaction rate, hospitalization time and wound healing time, etc. Results The hospitalization time and wound healing time of the experimental group were shorter, and the control group was longer (P<0.05); before nursing, there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P> 0.05); after nursing, the SDS score and SAS score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing for patients with chronic ulcer wound is obvious, which can not only significantly improve the negative psychology of patients, shorten the hospitalization time and wound healing time, but also improve the satisfaction rate of nursing. It is suggested to promote clinical treatment vigorously.
