分娩球联合自由体位与常规护理在初产妇助产护理中的应用效果

摘要	分析在对初产妇助产护理过程中开展常规护理、分娩球联合自由体位干预的作用。方法在 2022 年 2 月至 2023 年 1 月本院收治初产妇中选取 96 例为对象，数字表随机均分对照组（48 例，常规护理）和观察组（48 例，进行分娩球、自由体位以及常规护理）。对比助产效果。结果统计两组各产程用时，观察组明显短于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组分娩方式，观察组阴道自然分娩率明显高于对照组，P<0.05。分娩期间疼痛评分、产后出血量，观察组均低于对照组，P<0.05。结论在对初产妇进行助产护理时开展分娩球、自由体位联合常规护理进行干预，可以缩短产程用时，提升自然分娩率，减少产后出血量，有助于产后恢复。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of routine nursing, delivery ball combined with free posture intervention in midwifery care for primipara. Methods From February 2022 to January 2023, 96 primipara were selected as subjects and randomly divided into a control group (48 cases, routine nursing) and an observation group (48 cases, delivery ball, free body position, and routine nursing) using a digital table. Compare the effectiveness of midwifery. Results According to statistics, the labor duration in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the delivery methods of the two groups, the vaginal natural delivery rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The pain score during delivery and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intervention with delivery ball and free body position combined with routine nursing during midwifery care for primipara can shorten the duration of labor, improve the natural delivery rate, reduce postpartum hemorrhage, and contribute to postpartum recovery.
