Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention. Methods 70 patients with heart failure hospitalized in our hospital from June 2020 to September 20201 were divided into observation groups (n=35) and n=35 ）, the reference group received the usual care and psychological care for the improvement of cardiac function [including blood-brain peptide precursor (pro-BNP) level, left ventricular EF fraction (LVEF）,6 minute walking distance (6-MWT)] and treatment compliance. Results (1) compared pro-BNP levels, LVEF and 6-MWT in the two groups before intervention, and the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); the above indicators were significantly better than the observation group (lower pro-BNP, higher LVEF than the reference group, and 6-MWT farther than the reference group) (P <0.05).(2) The treatment compliance score of patients in the observation group after psychological nursing intervention was higher than that of patients in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion In addition to the routine care of heart failure patients, increase the use of psychological care to improve patients treatment compliance, which is beneficial to improve their cardiac function.
