| 摘要 |
分析高血压、糖尿病健康教育在社区卫生服务中心的具体应用效果。方法 对 2021 年 1 月到
2021 年 12 月在社区卫生服务中心就诊的高血压、糖尿病患者（n=84）进行随机分组，试验组采取健康教育管理，
对照组行常规管理。对比患者的各项指标。结果 健康教育管理实施后，患者的生活质量、血糖血压指标、治疗
满意度均得到了大幅提升。结论 对高血压、糖尿病患者实施健康教育，改善了患者的血糖血压指标，生活质量
提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of health education on hypertension and diabetes in community health
service center. Methods Patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus （n=84） treated in community health service
centers from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received
health education management and the control group received routine management. Compare the patients indicators.
Results After the implementation of health education management, the quality of life, blood glucose and blood pressure
indexes and treatment satisfaction of patients were greatly improved. Conclusion Health education for patients with
hypertension and diabetes can improve blood glucose and blood pressure indexes and improve quality of life.
