电子医嘱联合 PDA 在神经内科护理中的应用研究

摘要	分析电子医疗咨询联合 PDA在神经病学护理中的应用效果。方法选取 2021 年 1 月至 6月与电子医嘱和 PDA实施相关的临床护理数据作为研究对象，包括护士实施医嘱的效率和准确性、患者满意度和投诉。另外，选择 2022 年 1 月至 6 月联合使用电子医嘱和 PDA前的 6 个月作为对照组。分析了实施前后的效果。结果研究组患者的生命体征监测时间、给药时间、轮班报告时间、输注时间、注射时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P< 0.05）。电子医嘱结合 PDA可以减少护理人员的失误，减少患者的投诉。结论电子医疗咨询联合 PDA 对神经科护理质量和效率有积极影响，减少护理错误的发生。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application effect of electronic medical consultation combined with PDA in neurology nursing. Methods Clinical nursing data related to the implementation of electronic medical orders and PDAs from January to June 2021 were selected as research subjects, including the efficiency and accuracy of nurses implementation of medical orders, patient satisfaction, and complaints. In addition, the control group was selected six months before the combined use of electronic medical orders and PDAs from January to June 2022. The effects before and after implementation were analyzed. Results The monitoring time of vital signs, administration time, shift reporting time, infusion time, and injection time of patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Electronic medical orders combined with PDAs can reduce nursing staff errors and reduce patient complaints. Conclusion The combination of electronic medical consultation and PDA has a positive impact on the quality and efficiency of neurology nursing, reducing the occurrence of nursing errors.
